"Olive Trees" Vincent Van Gogh

At the Art in Bloom exhibit at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Patty Murphy and Patty Kelley designed this floral arrangement to interpret the painting by Van Gogh. They said, "Both the movement and texture in Van Gogh's "Olive Trees" inspire us.  Tropical greens and bright yellows demonstrate these strong brush strokes."

  2. I love the arrangement, it works. For some strange reason, they moved our Arts & Flowers event to the fall. It will now take place in October.

  4. Nice interpretation of the painting. Did you see the Picasso that sold for $170m+? I could have bought a pro sports team with that kind of money, lol.
