Drawbridge


This is not a bridge over troubled waters...
I cross it eagerly to go to Medley Cafe
For good morning coffee

    A drawbridge is a friendly bridge. Accomodates tall boats, autos and pedestrians. But best of all this one allows Kate a passage to the Medley Cafe in the mornings!

    I enjoy these windshield shots. That is quite a bridge and the big DRAW for me is the coffee on the other side.

    Reminds me a wee little bit of the bridge in Duluth, over which we went when coming home from our honeymoon. I'll bet your cafe did not exist way back then!

    It looks a little bit like the drawbridge in Mystic, Connecticut. Mystic Pizza used to be on the other side, but it closed.
