  2. It looks very nice and I am sure a great compliment to the neighboring buildings.

  3. Nice touch. One normally would not expect to see art when patronizing a hardware store.

  4. This is a really nice mural. If only all advertisements were so discrete!

  5. Very subject appropriate - snow on the sidewalk and shovels in the window!

  8. Great find. Enjoy seeing a tastefully painted mural on an otherwise drab wall. Spruces up the old buisness district!

  9. I like murals and this one is well done. The hardware stores of today are not as friendly looking as the one depicted here.
Did you find the "Brighty" book at B&N? I wish I knew what happened to the one I had when I was a child.

  13. You could also link this photo to Weekend Reflections! Clever composition. Kind of a mirage about the past. Even the muted colors tell you it's about yesteryear. Cool find. Thanks for contributing to Monday Mural.

  15. I love locally focused hardware stores. I have a favorite one in West Hartford center and another favorite one down here in Naples. I probably visit once a week for something.

My husband love old cars and have a Ford 29. It looks very old and is not in a good condition.
