Wonderful Dawn Light
When it's Great to be Awake
But then it'll be "Good Night Moon!"
Here I showed you my first moon experiment when I discovered it's great fun to try my
previously-neglected tripod. I'll have to use it more often now.

I love to see moon shots, and I clearly need to pull out my tripod too!

ReplyDeleteSuper shot. Save it for Halloween next year!
ReplyDeleteYou got a lovely result, Kate. My tripod is over at my sons' house. I never could get the hang of it. Maybe it needs to come home so that I could practice again.
ReplyDeleteIt's the purple hour! Great shot and great color!
ReplyDeleteIndeed you do. Pretty!
ReplyDeleteI like the Moon shots as they always have some incredible atmosphere!

I love a full moon at dawn.
ReplyDeleteThe moon is a fun and challenging subject. This shot has the feel of mystery to it. Well done.
ReplyDeleteI don't use my tripod nearly as much as I should.
Whether waxing or waning, full or new, there's something magical in it's presence!
ReplyDeleteYou made a wonderful full moon photo. Thanks to the tripod.
ReplyDeleteThe framing, the coloring, the subject. Soothing image for me.
ReplyDeleteIt really is a peaceful shot.
ReplyDeleteGreat work, Kate! I need to learn more and use my tripod, too.
ReplyDeleteTerrific shot Kate. Love the soft colors.
ReplyDeleteI must learn to use my tripod too.
It always seems so inconvenient.
Have a great weekend.
I saw a similar scene at our place yesterday morning. The fog was somewhat heavy but the glow of the moon shined right through. I admire your patience with a tripod. I've just never gotten into it. I guess my photography isn't serious enough!
ReplyDeleteA well framed shot nicely caught
