    Of course not, you silly woman. Road work never ends in Minnesota. Sometimes it seems to end, but that's just a ploy to fool you. If you back a week later you'll find everything is just the same as always.

    I don't think so Kate. The winter will create it's own special havoc on the roads and after the thaw it will start all over again.

    There is always a lot going on in Colorado in the summer too.....guess they can't do much when it snows.

    Its like that down here. It seems as soon as they finish building a new road, they start working on it.
