A Carpet of Leaves


Overnight Nature left a carpet of leaves!

    The air must be quite calm for the leaves to make such a lovely carpet. So, the leaves are falling from the trees GREEN!

    O yes - the leaves fell here and and all over the drains so when the rains came down it flooded - anyhow it is all fixed now.

    Seems fall was an overnight event in that yard. Rake up one time and it's over!

    Your pics are the second time I've seen that happen. The first time was a couple of doors down from our home about twenty years ago. A strange sight it was! I can't think of the name of the tree that shed it's leaves like this?

      I've been told that the tree is a Ginkgo tree, and our block is lined with them.

    All fallen and still green! I like that cute car hiding under those leaves.

    I have driven that road to Jerome so many times, it doesn't bother me at all. It's really a fun drive and pretty too.

    Oh good grief! I've not seen anything like it. Or, the leaves were multi-colored and not so green! Very interesting. Nice to see that you are back. Hope your pain problems have been resolved. That's no fun at all!
