Electrician-Mn Workers Series

Friday will be my 100th post on this blog! Whew!!And, I'll soon get a new camera for my birthday. Can't wait.













I'm not sure whether or not this woman was flattered when I asked her if I might take her photo for my Mn. Workers Series. She was repairing a light outside Lunds supermarket on the side of the building.

    This woman didn't look too upset with you for taking her photo. This is an interesting series.

    Hi Kate, You asked if Sid McMath was a good guy. He was a very good guy, very progressive, a fighter for social justice. Funny, we've named streets for Clinton, his library is here, there's a school named after him but I don't think there's a statue of him yet. Someday, surely . . .

    I like your series of working Minnesotans. It's always interesting to see the faces and body types from a particular area.

    when i take someone photo for my blog i just ask can i take you picture. don't see any reason to tell them what i am going to do with it.

    Actually, I don't have the camera yet, but I'll be getting it on my birthday, which is not a good day because it is Sept 11 with lots of terrible images from 2001. I'll tell all when I get it. It won't be fancy-pansy, but it will be fancy-dandy for me!!
