We are fortunate in Highland Park in St. Paul to be surrounded by many small liberal arts colleges and universities: Macalester, St Kate's, St. Thomas, Hamline plus William Mitchell Law School. All of these are within walking or biking distance from my home. As an alum of St. Thomas I often use their library to find books unavailable in our Twin Cities libraries. Some of these colleges also offer courses for seniors so I am frequently on their campuses. While strolling around St. Thomas last Friday I noticed these posted banners. Great ideas, don't you think?
Nice banners! More people probably should take the advice these days.

ReplyDeleteI think critical thinking was the best thing I learned in college. We'd be in much better shape as a country if more people learned to occasionally think and ask questions.
