Dontcha just love owls. One of my favorite birds. We had some in our big oak tree for awhile. And they had a great bird show at Silver Springs park for awhile. But they're all gone now! Darn!
Those are amazing eyes and such beautiful patterns on the feathers! I'm always impressed at how they can rotate their heads. Poor owlets can't get away with anything behind mom's back.
Outstanding, Kate!
ReplyDeleteThey are so beautiful to see so close by. The feaders and the eyes wow.

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous bird! I should show Anne since she's nuts about owls - even collects owl figurines!
ReplyDeleteI think I took a picture of this very same owl last year! He looks familiar.
