US Custom House-ABC WEDNESDAY 'H'

  2. An elegant building suitable to its purpose. I did read the article - that's quite a history. Pleasing South Carolina has never worked out too well in the long run, however! :)

  10. Interesting history and a beautiful building! It's interesting that the "U.S. Customs House" on the front wasn't added until 1964. You'd think that by then people would pretty much know the place. ;->

  20. I'm afraid we will never see beautiful buildings like this being built, the cost is just to high. Now everything built is boxy and generic.
