Well, Kate, just sell your house in St. Paul and buy a little home on the ocean. Or, better yet, keep your house in St. Paul to visit in the summer, and buy a little home on the ocean where you could stay in the winter. Lots of people do that!
I can hear waves crash if I go out my front door and listen. You can smell the sea. A mile's walk gets you to an overlook onto the Strait of Juan de Fuca with Victoria B.C. in the distance. Heaven? I'll say!
