I'd like to take the Orange Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake home in that box that Lindsay is assembling! The desserts at Cafe Latte on Grand Avenue in St. Paul disappear quickly from batter to box. Many customers flock to the cafe to enjoy both the food and the desserts.

So many divine cakes and pastries around today, it's hard to stay on the straight and narrow. Orange Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake, I mean to say, how fabulous does that combination sound!
ReplyDeleteYummy captures!!
ReplyDeleteWell, you don't look like you eat too much of this stuff. But if people flock to devour this stuff, I can't help ask if there is an obesity epidemic in St. Paul? Yummy!
ReplyDeleteGreat entry, Kate. I forgot about theme day...
ReplyDeleteOh, please save a piece of that orange chocolate cake for me!
ReplyDeleteI love chocolate and orange. Have a wonderful May Kate.
ReplyDeleteWonderful theme for today. Nice pics worth a pound or two!
ReplyDeleteThat cheesecake looks like heaven.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that sounds heavenly. I love orange and chocolate together.
ReplyDeleteGood pictures for the theme day, showing the entire process. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like just the thing to have with my coffee this morning!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a superb bakery. I bet Mitt Romney would not insult cookies from this place like he did the cookies from a Pittsburgh bakery, when he recently said that they looked like they came from a 7-11.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness - how gorgeous is that!? This looks like a dangerous spot!
ReplyDeleteI love those industrial machines. I hope you get your chance to attend Le Cordon Bleu.
ReplyDeleteMy mother has the same kind of machine to prepare her own bread. It makes a great bread. As long as you have a good recipe I guess...
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to show us the behind the magic of that delicious cheesecake!
ReplyDeleteTools of the trade!
ReplyDeleteAn in-depth treatment of the theme. Brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say no to a piece of that right now! :)
