VISUAL SAINT PAUL
You got a sunny day for dancers and musicians and visitors too, it was surely cheerful day to all of you.And photos are sunny and glad too :)
I particularly like the one with the violinists.
I can't say that I know what Swedish folk music sounds like, and my mother was Swedish. When we were in Stockholm, I stopped into a church. They had a young people's choir and they sang American gospel music.
I w9sh I could hear them play. I bet the music was great!
I do have a soft spot for the accordion Kate!
they were also dressed in authentic native costumes. I'm wondering what the music was like.
Yah, vell, dey do look quite serious about all dis business and dey also look quite competent. Which is a good thing. Ve Swedes do not, under any circumstances, vant to appear as if ve don't know vat vee're doin'!Nice shots, Kate!
I wonder if they were playing a "Brudmarsch" or a "ganglat" or a "vals" or.....
I love listening to an accordion!
love musicians - my girlfriend in high school was in the orchestra.ROG, ABC Wednesday team
Love all the traditional costumes. It must have been a delightful day.
Looks like the partying group.
I love the violinist and the almost hidden Swedish costume behind her.
Accordion players are fun to watch.Would you like to read some Loving Messages that Melts My Heart? Please come on over.
Looks like FUN!
They look like they take their work seriously!
They don't look as happy as the dancers. Wonder why?
Cool musicians, beautiful setting!
