Home Away From Home
When our children were young we did a fair amount of camping with a pop-up camper. We had some great vacations in western and southwestern states as well as Minnesota and Wisconsin. I liked being outdoors, waking up to the sound of songbirds chirping or singing for my morning melody, hearing the wind rustling the leaves on the trees, and seeing wild animals in their natural surroundings, even the occasional skunk! I also liked the sudden rainfalls and other inconveniences. I particularly reveled in the fact that our world and activities slowed down considerably. I learned only years later that I was the only one who really and truly enjoyed the experience! Given those sentiments, I doubt that I can now persuade DH to invest in one of these campers to visit camp grounds and national parks that we (. . . I ) hadn't visited in years past!!

Good luck. I was updating image ne that even a small airstream is out of my price range.
ReplyDeleteThat is a real beauty!
ReplyDeleteI've got many fond memories of camping of all kinds. My family has had travel trailers, campers, motorhomes and yes, we even camped in tents once or twice. I love it. I don't think I've ever seen a trailer quite like this one.
ReplyDeleteI like that one!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute camper.
ReplyDeleteThat is a most stylish little camp trailer, but I bet it contains all the comforts of home. I also like camping.
ReplyDeleteLooks a tad tiny. But amazing things can be done with small spaces these days.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea Airstream made trailers that small! That's a beauty! We have one about the same size though considerably less glamorous. We've found it hard to spend more than a few days at a time in it as there's barely room enough for clothes, not to mention a big dog.
ReplyDeleteLast night I saw an ad for a pickup truck that was pulling an identical trailer as the one in your photos. You are not the only one impressed by its design.
