Highland Grill in St. Paul has had a new face lift. The interior is lighter and brighter than it has been in the past, which makes it very cheerful. The best part were the quotes added to one of the walls. It has been a neighborhood favorite over the years and the new interior will be enjoyed by both old and new patrons.Linked to signs, signs
