CAMERA CRITTERS-Fenced Canines

I'd howl too if someone had tethered me that close to a fence! When the owner saw me taking photos, he crossed the parking lot, untied the dogs and brought them to the table where he and his noisy family were enjoying coffee and considerably more leg room than these animals.  Now, at least, the dogs themselves got more comfortable .  Bloggers strike again!

  8. They're lucky you showed up. Too bad their humans don't understand that dogs are pack animals, and to be excluded from the pack is the worst possible thing. Dogs can learn to be alone at home, guarding the house when you go to work, for example, but when they're ousted from the family and they can see you right there, it's torture!

    I'm preaching to the choir.

  13. Way to go, Kate. That chocolate lab does not look happy at all! Our dog has a special seatbelt attached to her harness while in the car, but she is never tethered at home. Right now she's asleep on my husband's feet in his home office, her favorite place to be, helping her daddy work!

  14. I don't think I would want to get the chocolate brown dog angry at me. He can sit anywhere he wants.
