CAMERA CRITTERS-Fenced Canines
I'd howl too if someone had tethered me that close to a fence! When the owner saw me taking photos, he crossed the parking lot, untied the dogs and brought them to the table where he and his noisy family were enjoying coffee and considerably more leg room than these animals. Now, at least, the dogs themselves got more comfortable . Bloggers strike again!

Are they friendly?
ReplyDeleteyou get the "hero of the day" award!
ReplyDeleteWell done Kate! They certainly didn't look too happy.
ReplyDeleteGood for you! Helping those dogs! Sometimes people forget that dogs have feelings too!
ReplyDeleteCamera hogs! Is that my puppy?
ReplyDeleteAt least the owners felt guilty. Good job, Kate.
ReplyDeleteWell done! Kate to the rescue!
ReplyDelete....and they look HOT too. Hope the owner gave 'em plenty of water.
ReplyDeleteMy C C Link Hope you have a great weekend.
yay love the face
ReplyDeleteThey're lucky you showed up. Too bad their humans don't understand that dogs are pack animals, and to be excluded from the pack is the worst possible thing. Dogs can learn to be alone at home, guarding the house when you go to work, for example, but when they're ousted from the family and they can see you right there, it's torture!
ReplyDeleteI'm preaching to the choir.
I am glad you helped the doggies, I am sure they rather be near their owners. Cute puppy dogs.
ReplyDeleteNice one Kate.
ReplyDeleteGood for you!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, oh intrepid blogger!
ReplyDeleteSadly singing for their supper and they must've been a bit hot too.
Nicely done!
Great capture, great timing!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Kate. That chocolate lab does not look happy at all! Our dog has a special seatbelt attached to her harness while in the car, but she is never tethered at home. Right now she's asleep on my husband's feet in his home office, her favorite place to be, helping her daddy work!

I don't think I would want to get the chocolate brown dog angry at me. He can sit anywhere he wants.
ReplyDeletecool shot
ReplyDeleteDog owners behave!
ReplyDeleteGood going! Let's hope he won't do that again.
ReplyDeleteWell done you! I only tie up my dog if I have to.
ReplyDeleteA howling post :-)
ReplyDelete(in every way)
that's funny, Kate... I am guessing the owners thought you were documenting dog neglect & going to turn them in!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that you set in motion a rescue for these poor darlings. How sad to be left out of the family fun.
ReplyDeleteBRAVO FOR YOU!!! WELL DONE!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's sad when you see inhumane treatment of animals.
