This outdoor garden or lawn ornament doesn't look too comfortable or inviting right now. I recently went to Highland Nursery on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul, looking for small terrarium plants. The outdoor inventory certainly did not make me want to buy any of them. . even the statuary looked too darned cold!

ReplyDeleteOh dear an elephant with a snowhat, you don't see that often.
ReplyDeleteAt least he has his trunk packed and ready to move on. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, terrariums nurseries in winter are good 'warm' thoughts. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI believe you may have found a fully preserved relic from the Ice Age. A distant relative to the pachyderm perhaps?

ReplyDeleteA snow elephant! I've heard of them, but have never seen one! He doth look a bit chilly. Hope your day at The Gathering went well and you gathered a bunch of good tips for living life!
ReplyDeleteI think that's the first elephant I've ever seen in the snow! Our nurseries around here are beginning to stock spring plants...crazy, since it's still freezing overnight.
ReplyDeleteTrue. But I like the idea of making a terrarium!
ReplyDeleteHe looks a little out of his territory!
ReplyDeleteI hope he can breathe.
