Probably my favorite Art in Bloom interpretation of a painting; perhaps it's because I love Matisse's "Three Bathers!" I think the florist was imaginative!
This is indeed a charming interpretation. I'm way too literal and would have gone for matching colors or something obvious like that. The artistic eye is much to be admired.
I started typing & somehow deleted it... oops! I was trying to say that this is my favorite as well out of all the post you did on the "art in bloom." I thought of you yesterday as I ran into Randy at a local clay show in town.... so I thought I'd better stop on by & say hello & hope you are well!
Your great pic shows the marvellous balance between painting and floral arrangement! Who knew a bunch of flowers could evoke 3 Bathers so well?!?!
