Although I did not use it, to find a photo for the November theme day, I returned to Encore, my favorite consignment shop, where I got the photo for July's Theme Day, RED. (Hmmm! Do you think that could be Amedee's cousin?)
Does the bear have a French accent? I think your guess is correct.
Thank you for your several comments today. I read Finn and Sawyer somewhere around the age of 12 and haven't been back to them since. So, shame on me. I spend too much time taking, editing and posting photos. (Which reminds me - really need to get out and shoot some new material today.)
Wow! That's neat. And I bet you're right about Amedee's cousin, too. Thanks for your nice comment at my blog. We all appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteHow clever - love the colours too. it would certainly entice me to shop there!!!
ReplyDeleteThis would have made a great Theme Day photograph but then I loved the one you used.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, that has to be Amedee's cousin - perhaps twice removed...

I thought I was looking at Amédée! Let's see what Olivier has to say about this :D.
ReplyDeleteVery cool shot, Kate! Love the color coordination and interesting items linked by it!
ReplyDeleteYou can link to any of my blogs from any of yours any time you'd like. (I may possibly not understand the question).
That is totally different from what I am used to seeing. Nice shot on old blue jeans.

I wear blue jeans in worse shape than that :) I have 2 good pairs & about 6 "rags."
ReplyDeleteLove the bear - it's a very cute shot :)
You must ask for Olivier's comment on Amedée.
ReplyDeleteLucky for you that they had changed the window decoration!
That's a really inviting window. I think I would like to go in there and see what they have.
ReplyDeleteI think that's Amedee's cousin too. Very cute.
I totally missed/forgot theme day. I hope to find the next theme for December! But I like this store window: it's really inviting. Good shot.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was that Amadee came to visit you, decided to get out of NY City.
ReplyDeleteLove this window and its blue tonalities!
ReplyDeletevoila une veste qui irait bien à Amedée ;o)
ReplyDeleteVoila a jacket that goes well Amedée ;O)
Oh how cute...well, it might be a distant relative of Amedee, who would look adorable in this jacket!
ReplyDeleteI am surprised you haven't been in the store yet! I love shop windows who display with a sense of humor and whimsy and admire their creators.
ReplyDeleteI really like the boots
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun display and a great photo!
