Renovation-Irvine Park House Series--THE END!!

This house, which sits on a corner lot in Irvine Park, beautifully illustrates how an imaginative addition enhances the original framework.

  1. It looks like it added quite a bit of room too.

  3. This house looks like it belongs out in the country on a lot of acreage, don't you think?

  4. VERY cuuuuuuuuuuuute...I'll take one! Great house series Kate! Do you have a "theme" idea for your next shots? I'm trying to think about doing this with mine...hmmmm...think my trip over the hill to Santa Cruz today might just inspire something! ;-)

  5. Ame, the difficult part of a theme is finding enough of the items/subjects to include day after day. Gotta be quick!

  6. This IS nice; the addition didn't damage the original design. I like your houses, so I hope you come back to it sometime in the future.

  7. This house and others in your series are what some of my friends call Grandma Houses. I guess its because they have that country feel to them. These are quite different from the suburb type where I live.

  8. Yeah Kate, It's the same in life, a lot of things can be solved only with imagination and peace.
