This brick house is very different from the previous Irvine Park homes that I've posted. The variety in this small little neighborhood is quite remarkable. And, since you've now seen so many houses, I'll move to another thread soon.
Like Faye, I really like this house. I think the brick makes it look substantial, the front porch makes is welcoming, the greenery around it gives it an established look.
No no no Kate! The houses are a great series of pictures. Don't stop ok? Just post one whenever you see one you'd like to take a shot of. I'm more than happy to look. Always so quaint and lovely. Maybe you should compile a book on the houses in St.Paul.
Edwin et al, I thought you folks might be tired of seeing these pics! The reason I've posted these houses is because it is a very small neighborhood with a tremendous architectural variety of older homes both large and small, ranging from frame to brick to stone. Many of them bordered around a small square park. Glad you like them!
