Happy Faces



What fun it is to see the smiling faces of former colleagues at Saint Paul Academy in St. Paul at an annual luncheon for retired staff and faculty.

    That does look like a fun group...are most of your retirees still in the twin cities area or have most of them moved to Arizona? It seems that Minnesotans prefer Arizona and people on the east coast prefer Florida. That's a generalization but that's what I've found in my limited experience.

    My friends in Wisconsin seem to prefer Florida whereas Minnesotans fly off to Mexico or Arizona. DH and I preferred Mexico and New Mexico in the past. We had planned to spend Feb and March in Tucson as a pleasant change this year, but it didn't work out quite that way. The retirees I know tough it out here in the winter or usually traipse off to Az.

    Casa Loma is at the top of a steep hill with a good view of downtown.
