Macalester College-Old Main
Macalester College is a private, coeducational liberal arts college located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It was founded in 1874 as a Presbyterian-affiliated but nonsectarian college. Its first class entered September 15, 1885. Macalester is exclusively an undergraduate four-year institution and enrolled 1,978 students in the fall of 2013 from 50 U.S. states and 90 countries

Macalester College has always had a good rep so far as I'm concerned. I've not been there, but that is a beautiful entrance.

They certainly don't build such beautiful buildings anymore.
ReplyDeleteI have visited the campus with my late uncle, who graduated from there somewhere around 1920, I believe, before going west to Stanford and later a life in San Francisco.
