After passing a small bakery/cafe on Franklin Avenue, I finally stopped in yesterday and enjoyed a delicious blueberry scone and latte. The interior has unique decorations and artifacts.

Oh now see what you've done Kate.. now all I can think about is coffee and pastry and it's bedtime pour moi 😊 I can see this might become a regular spot for you!
ReplyDeleteI see a few things on that shelf that remind me of my mother's kitchen when I was little.
ReplyDeleteI like the look of the place. Blueberry anything is well worth it!
ReplyDeleteI take the EAT sign as a command, and if this is a French bakery, it is a perfect place to follow that command.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting assortment of things there, Kate! I love a nice scone!
ReplyDeleteSounds good and the decorations give you a country cottage feel.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a French cast to things. But also some good old American antiques. I'd certainly stop in and give their goodies a try.
ReplyDeletelove French patisserie ~ and sounds delicious ~ love photo ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteWishing you a peaceful week ~ ^-^

I love the Boulangeries in France, the last time we stayed in Antibes
ReplyDeletethere was a delightful one opposite where we stayed so we were lured out
of bed each morning by the delightful aromas wafting into our apartment...
heavenly..
Best wishes,

An interesting selection on that second photo, Kate.
ReplyDeleteStandout sign.
ReplyDeleteThis is just the kind of place I enjoy discovering - with lots to look at while sipping my coffee!
ReplyDeleteYum! We don't have a source of good scones here. Seems I have to go over to Victoria B.C. if I want one.
