Despite being damaged by the elements, this small lawn ornament is the image of calmness. It reminds me that I need to return to meditation, which is a healthy practice endorsed by the medical profession. Do any of you meditate?

ReplyDeleteI meditate sometimes and it is, indeed, a wonderful and healthy practice. But I've neglected it lately. So, you've reminded me of the need to get back to it, too!

ReplyDeleteI do. I practice yoga, by myself since I left Minnesota, and it's part of my morning routine. That way I don't forget. It keeps me calm and brings me peace.
ReplyDeleteI do. I started doing it several months ago before I do my morning exercises. It gets me centered and helps me remember what's important to me.
