I wonder if some professor in architecture school said "if you are going to design a featureless, big box hi-rise, cover it with reflective glass so that people will see the sky or other buildings when looking at your creation."
The concept works. I would rather look at the reflection than the building.
I love city scapes and buildings, love the wavy reflection of this other buildings in this one.
