  4. My in-laws are both buried at Ft. Snelling which is probably where I would have been buried too if we'd stayed in that area.

    From the dates, I'd guess we're about the same vintage!

    Re squirrels: I had heard about such bird-feeders but by that time we were in process of moving. So, the squirrels won. I've seen a couple of fox-squirrels here in Stone Creek and I'm going to post a few photos of one on that blog in the next few days...at least I think it's a fox-squirrel...from a distance they run like a fox!

    Thanks, too, for the info on the ceramics maker. My mother was an artist/writer and many years ago did some nice ceramic pieces...but life intruded so she had to give it up for other "duties."
