Condo or High Rise?

On a very cold, windy and rather nasty day last Sunday we ventured out to visit studios open to the public on the St. Croix Art Tour. As we left a potter's home with a lovely deck overlooking the river, I noticed several birdhouses but this one caught my eye. A well-stocked two-story!

Love this! I've just had a family of Coal Tits fly the nest on my terrace. Not such a smart box as yours tho!
