That is a painting unto itself! Gorgeous color and your photo is excellent - tack-sharp!
we're joining the chorus.
Now that is what I call Happy Color! Enjoy.
What wonderful color to greet you each morning!
I love rhodies, too, Kate. Ours are just starting to show, along with their cousins the azaleas. Unfortunately, it is rainy and dreary here and is forecast to be the same way throughout the week. Fortunately, rhodies look good when it is glum, though they look better with sun and blue skies.
Absolutely gorgeous! And I loved, loved your posting yesterday with the "Art in Bloom" photo!Bravo, Great Kate, bravo!
Wow, beautiful. Can you use them to make leis? :-)
What a great reward for making it through that cold winter!
I can join you in a verse of Alleluia! Those are splendid, Kate!Bises,Genie
Beautiful colors.Spring is (sort of) HERE!ROG, ABC Wednesday team
Amen and Alleluia!
I think they are one of my favorite flowers. Beautiful lavendar color too.Thursday we had temps in the high 80's, yesterday we had a violent hail storm and the temps never got above 45. This is not typical of the Sacramento Central Valley. It should be shorts and flip flop time.Enjoy your breath of Spring.
I love being part of ABC, it enRiches my vocabulaRy. You choice of R is teRRific!Would you mind to visit my R post, please?
Lovely photo. I've seen a few rhododendrons blooming in Portland recently. Not a profusion of them like in years past. I wonder if my old neighborhood is loaded like in years past? Maybe I'll head over there this weekend and take a look.
Oh yes. They have started here as well now. Lovely!
Viola Violets! Beautiful pix.
beautiful, I love purple
Beautiful! Happy to see yours in bloom. Ours is all but dead. Not sure what happened to it.
They are certainly well worth waiting for - beautiful!
Spring may be late, but its signs are always gorgeous!
What a great colour! You must be proud of your rhododendron - and of your photo, just beautiful.
Stunning. What a gorgeous color. Spring is such a special award for making it through another winter...
Every time it appears we've turned the corner, cold weather tries to sneak up on us. The lilacs have bloomed and so have your flowers. They are a welcome sight.
Si beautiful! I wish I could grow rhodos like these!
Thanks for visiting my blog; I appreciate it! Come back often!!
