That is a wonderful quote from Eleanor Roosevelt. Julie and I were married in the back yard of a close friend of Eleanor Roosevelt, the late Congresswoman Isabella Greenway, who as a bridesmaid at Eleanor & FDR's wedding. Teddy Roosevelt attended her wedding while he was President. She built The Arizona Inn next to her house in Tucson to provide work for disabled World War I vets during the Great Depression, and the Inn remains a charming resort, still owned by the family. Greenway hosted Marion Anderson in Tucson after the DAR Constitutional Hall incident.
