Starbuck Dogs
Saturday was a glorious weather day in St. Paul. As DH (dear husband) said, "The air is like wine!" Sun was shining and the temperature was comfortably warm. It's the season for dogs at my neighborhood Starbucks, an accommodating establishment that leaves water out for the visiting animal patrons. From time to time I will post pictures of our "best friends." (Clockwise from top left: Anonymous, Lily, Hannah, and Loki)

Here! Here! on todays weather! As delightful as this photo.
ReplyDeleteThe one leaning out of the car really looks like she could use a cool frappe.
ReplyDeleteThe bulldog is absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that the weather is nice for you in Mpls (finally, it seems!). You might be appalled (or pleased?!) to learn that in Switzerland, some (many?) establishments allow dogs inside. Plus, in the summer most restaurants and cafes set up tables outside, and of course, the dogs get to sit under the table. I'm collecting photos for a similar post.

Oops, I meant St. Paul, not Mpls! :-(
ReplyDeletewow Kate - youre getting reallllly good at this stuff - the collage is excellent and I love the shadow effect and nice frame like effect - you do these dogs wonderfully - if only they knew how to view your blog, they would smile even more!
ReplyDeleteWell, if you only go there to talk to the dogs, you can be my friend.
ReplyDeleteIf you actually go INSIDE and consume their produce, well I'll have to think about that....!
Great dogs - love the collage. Starbucks saves my life when I'm in America... And how clever of you to marry a man who says great things like 'the air is like wine.' Most impressed!
ReplyDeleteHa ha. I like your post. The photographs are nice. Jilly will see some familiar friends here. I just love dogs.
ReplyDeleteNice to know that ubiquitous (had to look this up) Starbucks has some redeeming features on a stunning day.
ReplyDeleteHi Kate - I'm so ashamed to tell you that we always just drive straight through St. Paul to get to that "other city." Next time, I promise, I'll stop! The weather was a treat this weekend though, wasn't it? A nice little summer preview without the bugs & humidity. And I love the dog photos today - my own old lady dog is completely worn out from the drive home to Madison & is snoring away on her bed.- chris
ReplyDeleteAwwww. Nice!
ReplyDeleteWe have a dog named Lilly too.
