I hope that there is still time to add this to the September Theme Day Gallery. I had to dig deeply into my archives, but I found this of Olivia taking a "selfie." I had total knee replacement surgery on August 18th and this is the first time that I have been able to post any photos on CDP. Surgery went well but the first 10 days are nothing to write home about !!! Now I am doing well, and I am very happy with my progress. I still haven't been able to walk outdoors so my posts will still be few and far between. It's getting boring!

This is a charming image Kate, Olivia is beautiful! I know it must be frustrating for you but be patient and you will soon be able to get out and about again!
ReplyDeleteI recognize you're pretty granddaughter, and I have heard from others that your surgery is no piece of cake. Hopefully you will be able to go outside and resume your active life soon.
ReplyDeleteHey, you made it under the wire. Glad to see that your recovery from knee surgery is going well (or at least well enough). In another month or two, it will be just a dim memory and you will be strutting around your neighborhood.

ReplyDeleteGood luck with your recovery, Kate. My wife is a little over two months recovering from a broken femur and it goes slowly but it goes.
