Sweet Joy

Sweet Joy has been working for the past year at a medical clinic that I have been frequenting lately.  A native of this area, she represents "Minnesota Nice" in the best possible way.  The lone receptionist in the office, she works with great efficiency. Joy manages and orders supplies, cheerfully greets everyone, answers phones, patiently schedules appointments, and sometimes when necessary she reworks the schedule  to everyone's satisfaction.  A real joy for everyone!

    That is a tough job. I'm sure you make it easy for her when you are there. You seem like you have such an easy going personality. Sometimes a little nice goes a long way to make some one like Joy's day.
