Rosebuds

To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time

Robert Herrick1591 - 1674

Gather ye rosebuds while ye may,
   Old Time is still a-flying;
And this same flower that smiles today
   Tomorrow will be dying.

  11. Beautiful!
    No roses on the agenda today. But I think I'll be gathering fresh raspberries. Does that count?

  12. I think roses are beautiful. I have a little sweetheart rose bush in the front yard. I use the backdoor though and the last time I was out front the bush hadn't bloomed yet. You have inspired me to check tomorrow. They are nowhere near as beautiful as yours though.
