  3. I once woke to a lawn full of flamingos; my oldest brother and his wife had pranked me.

  9. Haha!!! This brings me back!!! Before I married TheChief I lived in a upstairs duplex...my downstairs neighbor was a bit eccentric and had pink flamingos in the front yard, and decorated her front window like a store window with mannequins. I have to admit I grew fond of the pink flamingos which started me on a collection of vintage porcelain flamingos...after all, my bathroom in the duplex was pink and black tile...and when I married TheChief, I moved into his 1950's ranch house with...sea foam green bathroom!!! What else can you do but turn it into a flamingo shrine!!!

  11. Cute and pinky. In Florida, however, these things are the definition of tacky! :)

    1. I think that the majority of people think that they are tacky, but wonderful objects for practical jokes.
