    Hmmm. Do women in St. Paul still wear hats? I think they can be pretty classy, but don't see many here except on women from the Red Hat Society.

    Kathy beat me to it but, they do remind me of hats the queen would wear. We have a hat shop in Prescott that sells all kinds of hats but they have signs up saying no photography.
