Piece of Cake!

  2. very cute place. Every morning I buy breakfast at a bakery too. Its not so cute as this one but its not only a simple bakery actually its a social enterprise giving job opportunity for young unemployed people and from their profits they finance their social services. So I always give a huge tip:)

  10. Kate, in regards to my roots, My folks were born and raised in Minneapolis and lived there until the war in 1942. My Dad had to come to California to work in the shipyards. Somehow they never returned to live there. I still have relatives in the Twin Cities area. Its beautiful country.

  12. Don't stop learning spanish, it's a beautiful language. I really enjoy cakes, my mother always prepared cakes when I was a child.

  14. that store, from looking at the picture, looks like its in the middle of nowhere but I am sure it is not the case - anyway, I took a look at the pie - is that cherry pie? Nevertheless, it looked very delicious - the crust looks nice and crispy!
