    Oh, Kate, I do love to look at these murals, these wonderful examples of tromp l'oeil. If I could paint, I'd create something like this on the huge expanse of garage wall at my house. It seems the wall is so empty right now and cries out for some decoration.

    The wall you show seems happy in its ornamentation.

    This was a nice mural. I love when people decorate a blank wall with a picture. It beautify the surroundings and make boring wall more interesting.

    What a treat it must be to walk around the city, if there are many murals like this one. It is so creative and a brilliant initaitve to place art in ther streets like this.

    Tres Cool. This one is especially nice. And hey, tell John that in the Mission District in San Francisco, they are trying to keep up with you in St. Paul. Their murals are everywhere and also very nice.
