ReplyDeleteSo is it a mobility scooter as we call them in the UK? The bit at the back is for strapping in a shopping basket [probably with its own wheels]. The user, having left the vehicle can then push the trolly round the shopping mall, come back, strap it on the back of the vehicle and then motor off home.
