Despite the cold, daily morning walks with Wild Wendy can uncover some winter beauty!
PS. Yesterday's post was colored "glass" ice balls: Fill balloons with water and food coloring, freeze, break balloons and viola…colored balls! Great for a snowy day!!
Oh ok I was wrong about yesterday's coloured balls ☺ You are right Kate, there's beauty in every season ✨
ReplyDeleteThat is really a great idea, especially for the kiddos. Love the header photo this morning!
ReplyDeleteThere is beauty everywhere! I love the ice balls too!
ReplyDeleteWe have done the frozen balls but never put the coloring in them. We did use them to build arches which was tedious but fun!
ReplyDeleteLovely shots!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought of them as an option, though I've heard of the idea before.
Colored ice! Who would have guessed about yesterday's post? Yes, plants do have a way to survive winter that provides interesting shapes and textures.
ReplyDeleteNice shots, Kate. The coloured ice balls sounds like a great idea to bring some colour in to a season that doesn't have much.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea! Couldn't do that hear though, doesn't get cold enough.
ReplyDeleteThose plants look like wild hair!
ReplyDeleteHa! Love the colored ice ball idea. Looks like you fooled everyone except RedPat. Great photos, BTW.
