  8. Oh, my! Isn't she looking gorgeous and grown up! I have trouble with ripped and worn clothes. Wearing my brother's hand-me-downs as a child led me to value fresh, new threads.

  9. It's not just a teenage fashion thing. I see ripped jeans for adult women in stores and fashion catalogues. I don't get it at all.
