On March 11th, I posted what I thought would be the last photo of Joy Liberman's artwork, but I couldn't resist showing you this one! Have a good week-end everyone. Don't spend all you money in one place. A penny saved is a penny earned!

Fun!
ReplyDeleteCute. A bag full of pennies won't go very far these days but when I was a kid that bag could have emptied out a candy store!
ReplyDeleteThe penny is such a lowly coin that many people will not pick one up when they see it, but as your photo shows, they do add up to something valuable.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful painting and wise words.
ReplyDeleteI like her work a lot!
ReplyDeleteI think we all have a bag of pennies. You need to cash yours in and come see me...We can hike to that museum!
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteA penny for your thoughts :) When I was younger, my paternal grandmother used to put her pennies in a quart glass that milk came in and then placed a doll's head and clothes that she made over it. It was used as a door stopper. Then before we left after visiting her, she told me go get the doll, so I did, and then she gave me and my sister some pennies. She was my link to Ireland and born in Galway in 1870. :)
ReplyDeleteI love this story, Bill.
