While sitting in Starbucks and looking out the window, I noticed that a young couple secured a lovely looking dog outside on the bicycle rack before they entered the cafe. With their permission I went outside and had a friendly chat with Sofie, a sweet and gentle animal. She patiently allowed me to snap several photos so I could show y'all this 4-year-old beauty. Camera Critters-Sofie
While sitting in Starbucks and looking out the window, I noticed that a young couple secured a lovely looking dog outside on the bicycle rack before they entered the cafe. With their permission I went outside and had a friendly chat with Sofie, a sweet and gentle animal. She patiently allowed me to snap several photos so I could show y'all this 4-year-old beauty. ReplyDeleteSofie must be as hearty as the people who live in Minnesota (including my brother and his family).
ReplyDeleteYesterday on CNN they showed a weatherman outside in Minnesota who used a banana as a hammer to drive a nail through a board. THey said that bananas freeze as hard as steel at 13 below zero, F. I am sure that the Costa Ricans who grow and pick the bananas would never imagine that you Minnesotas could use them for hammers.
I hope you and Sofie's owners enjoyed Costa Rican cofee at Starbucks.

Now I understand the cold weather coat. I saw a Stephen Fry television programme last night where he drives thru all 52 states and he was in St. Paul and we saw covered walkways you use to go from place to place, so you don't have to go outside in the extreme cold. Really brought it home to me how cold it gets! Hurry up Mexico!
