Snow flakes by my Easter Egg tree at 6 P.M. on April 9th. we were treated to a rain shower that ended up as a light snowfall. I know it will not stay, but ENOUGH ALREADY!!
I remember that kind of frustration. It's better, I think, to Photoshop snow into a picture than to take a picture of actual snow. Especially in April! :)
I get it. We are 1,026 miles apart but the only difference is the form of precipitation. We are at least 10 weeks ahead of our normal yearly precipitation and rain is forecast for nearly every day next week!
Oh dear!

ReplyDeleteI feel your pain. The Easter Bunny could have skied your way yesterday.

ReplyDeleteStill 20°C and blue skies here......
ReplyDeleteSnow and Easter eggs just don't go together.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable!
ReplyDeleteThough winter finally seems to be lifting its grip here, I will not be surprised to see more snow. We had some the other night.
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't think it's unbelievable! Even in Paris we've had snow showers in April before! Love your Easter tree, just like my Mum's!
ReplyDeleteI hope we're past that but it has snowed in May before.
ReplyDeleteOh my! That has happened here before though. Things should start to warm up now.
ReplyDeleteThat is just not fair, Kate.
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely. There are some similar houses in my West Hartford neighborhood, but very few have a fenced yard.
ReplyDeleteIf it's any consolation northern bloggers are posting similar shots. But I doubt if that's any consolation at all.
ReplyDeleteOh, I feel so sorry for you. Easter eggs in a snowstorm. Hope better times will come soon.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I've never seen anything like it. I hope it was short lived...
