Gives one pause. . .


Stopping for gas on a recent road trip, I noticed this wreck being hauled away.  Gives one pause. . .

    It really does. We are all on the roads constantly. This sort of thing can happen in the blink of an eye.

    There's a car wreck among some trees by the side of a road I use most every day. I was going to stop there today for a closer look, it's been there since the Summer.

    that looks awful...i hope nobody was badly hurt...looks like a carseat in the back window? it does make you slow down and drive a bit more carefully when you see something like this.

    Chilling. Looking closer at the wreck, I can see that the driver's seat seems intact. The positive idea I cling to is that perhaps if the driver was well harnessed by his seat belt he survived. No such luck for passengers if there were any.
