Why did I not take my sick computer in earlier? Getting it back Saturday was like getting a new one. Thanks to the guys at Chipheads, I couldn't be happier! George took my order (he wasn't available for a photo when I had my trusty camera with me), and Ian who doctored my Dell laptop and young Griffen who patiently answered all my questions and advised me on future behavior were WONDERFUL!! Plus they helped me save some shekels because I don't have to buy a new computer.
