Clowning at the Cafe-100 Strangers #16



I met Tim at a local cafe after sitting at a table with him and a mutual friend.  After a pleasant chat, Tim clowned around for my camera.

    One of our "ministres" would tell him to put on his cap the other way. There is a big controversy about that in France for the moment :-))))
