Broder's Pasta Bar is our destination of choice at least twice a month. Last Saturday we had a medley of dishes that were not only delicious but visually attractive and unexpectedly color coordinated.
Perhaps you would like to know what they are?
1. Linguine con Capesaute: Squid ink pasta with bay scallops
2 Orecchiette con Salsiccia e Rapini: spicy sausage with pesto
3. Special of the night: pork, fennel and tomato sauce.
4. Linguine con Vongole: button clams, pancetta, and chilies
My favourite: you guess!!

Oh yes, i can see why you like to dine there! :-)
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing to number of dishes you can make with pasta. They all look delicious!
ReplyDeleteI don't know your favorite, but I'm glad that you are attracted to such food, otherwise a lot of people would be out of business. My favorite is a chicken sandwich. But then I'm something of a barbarian.
ReplyDeleteThe Orechiette looks good to me!
ReplyDeleteWell I can see why it's a regular spot Kate! Now let's see, I'm going to say number two, the spicy sausage and pesto might be your favourite, or maybe number four with the chillies.. yup! Definitely one of those two ☺☺
ReplyDeleteAll plates seem so delicious.
ReplyDeleteSo many choices Kate. I imagine you had the number 2, I know that is what I would get.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure of your favorite, but I'd go with #3. I'm not a fan of seafood except for tuna sandwiches and salmon fillets. I like my pasta with meat or veggies.
ReplyDeleteI'd personally go for the third one!
ReplyDeleteIt all looks delicious Kate! I would have a difficult time choosing.
ReplyDeleteFor a pasta person, all four look like delicious options! Personally, if I could eat this, I would go with the squid or clams.
ReplyDeleteThey all look great. If you limited yourself to any single one I'm sure you enjoyed it. I can see why you're a regular.
ReplyDeleteLinguine con Vongole would be my choice. Great post for the theme, Kate !
