Tomorrow I am going to go downtown to the St. Patrick's Day Parade to see if I can get a better photo to represent that important day. Knowing what parades are like, perhaps this is prophetic…cleaning up the streets after the revelers have left!

ReplyDeleteHa! I suspect many empty beer cups will be tossed into dumpsters tomorrow.
ReplyDeletetoo true .. the Saint Patric's parade in Charlotte was enjoyable as was the music and food vendors .. but personally I think the party in the evening was a bit too much.
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the parade!
ReplyDeleteNice find.
ReplyDeleteOh, dear! I do hope you can find more than a green dumpster for St. Pat's!
ReplyDeleteHope you have nice weather for the parade.
ReplyDeleteThis made me smile. Got that right. GREEN refuse, I guess.
ReplyDeleteHave fun Kate, enjoy the day!
ReplyDeleteCan you believe I forgot all about St Patrick's Day :) hope you got some fab shots Kate.
ReplyDeleteI hope it is a good parade for you but it has become cold and windy here in Toronto so may be the same for you.
ReplyDeleteI saw your Mouse on The Barroom Floor poem on Karl's blog and copied it. I have been sending it out to friends. It's brilliant! ;-)
Have fun and take a lot of pictures!
ReplyDeleteI was in Savannah Georgia where the parade attracts 400,000 and I've never seen such an army of trash picker uppers. Too bad people can't pick up after themselves.
